Hey, I'm Wanda

I believe recovery should be accessible, not gated behind $5K price tags.

I Don’t Sell Miracles. I Teach Recovery That Lasts.

If you’re tired of quick fixes, false hope, and feeling stuck—welcome. This is where recovery gets real (and doable).

My Story

After ME/CFS flipped my life upside down, I spent years chasing every protocol, supplement, and overpriced promise that claimed to help, only to crash harder and feel even more lost. Nothing worked until I stopped guessing and started building a real recovery foundation: pacing, baseline, nervous system care. It wasn’t a miracle... it was a method. And it changed everything.

Why I Do This

Because no one should have to piece together their recovery alone. My clients aren’t just tired—they’re navigating a body that crashes unpredictably, a medical system that gaslights them, and a life that no longer fits. I created the REST Method™ so they could finally stop spinning their wheels and start seeing progress—without burning themselves out or going broke.

What Makes Me Different

I don’t sell miracle cures. I teach you how to stabilize your body, manage your energy, and build a life that actually supports your recovery. My approach is science-backed, bullshit-free, and built specifically for people living with ME/CFS and Long COVID. I’ve lived this. I’ve coached through it. I don’t offer fluff, I offer results.

The Real Truth?

I’m not here to “empower” you with motivational quotes. I’m here to give you the tools, structure, and strategy you need to finally move forward. This isn’t about pushing harder—it’s about working smarter with your body, not against it. If you’re ready for a recovery plan that respects your energy and your reality, welcome to Pathways™.

What Does “95% Recovered” Mean?

When I say I’m 95% recovered, I mean I still pace (sort of). I still take LDA and LDN. I still forget words and sometimes leave the house in two pairs of sunglasses when brain fog hits.

But… I am also writing a book, work 30 hours a week as a medical office assistant and I run a coaching business helping others with ME/CFS and Long COVID. I’ve hiked mountains, go paddleboarding, and driven solo from Northern BC to Southern California.

That’s not luck. That’s what happens when you learn how to stabilize your energy, stop the push-and-crash cycle, and build a recovery plan that actually fits your life.

This is what recovery looks like for many of us: Not perfect. But real.

You’ve got questions. I’ve got answers.

Is Pathways™ right for me if I’ve already tried everything?

If by “everything” you mean expensive supplements, miracle diets, or furu (fake guru) promises—you’re not alone. Most of my clients come to Pathways™ after they've been burned. What makes this different? It’s not about hacks or hope. It’s a structured, science-backed method rooted in pacing, brain-body healing, and real-life energy budgeting—designed specifically for ME/CFS and Long COVID.

Will this actually work if I still have symptoms?

Yes. I still have symptoms too. The goal isn’t perfection. It’s progress. Pathways™ is about building stability, resilience, and a life that fits your energy, not pretending symptoms vanish overnight. You don’t need to be ‘better’ to begin—you just need a system that meets you where you are.

But you’re not a doctor—why should I listen to you?

Exactly. I’m not here instead of your doctor—I’m here to help you actually apply what they don’t have time to walk you through. Most physicians don’t have the capacity to give you a day-by-day pacing plan or recovery structure. That’s where Pathways™ comes in.
As a Medical Office Assistant who works inside the healthcare system, I get both the science and the system gaps. I’ve built this program to work alongside your medical care—not against it.

What if I can’t keep up with the program?

Then you’re in the right place. Everything in Pathways™ is designed for low energy, brain fog, and crash cycles. You’ll get small, doable steps—not overwhelm. Miss a week? No stress. This is the most flexible recovery framework out there—because it was built by someone who knows what it’s like to live inside a broken energy envelope.

I’ve already spent so much money—why should I spend more?

Because this isn’t another supplement, detox, or ‘miracle cure.’ Pathways™ gives you the exact roadmap to stop the crash cycle and build stability—for a fraction of what most false promises cost. Plus, you’ll finally stop wasting money on things that don’t work because you’ll know what your body actually needs. And I've tried to have solutions at every price point.

I’m scared it won’t work and I’ll just feel worse.

That fear is real—and valid. But Pathways™ doesn’t push or pressure. There’s no ‘one-size-fits-all’ pace. You stay in control the entire time. You’ll learn how to avoid setbacks, handle crashes better, and make small progress without burning out. And you'll never be shamed for going slow.

What makes Pathways™ different from all the other recovery programs?

No toxic positivity. No overhyped promises. No $5K buy-in. Just evidence-based tools, guided support, and a coach who actually gets it. I built this for the people left behind by mainstream medicine and wellness culture—because recovery should be accessible, adaptable, and honest.
