This isn’t a pity party. It’s a chronically ill soirée.

If you’ve ever felt like no one gets it—this is your place.

Come as you are, nap when you need, and connect without crashing.

You're signing up to receive emails from Pathways.

This isn’t about fixing you.

It’s about not doing this alone.

You've been carrying this whole thing solo.

  • The awkward “how’ve you been?” conversations.

  • The brain fog that doesn’t just steal your words—it steals pieces of you.

  • The quiet grief of watching your world shrink while everyone else moves on.

But you're not the only one trying to navigate life in half-power mode. And you’re definitely not the only one craving real connection.

A Social Club Built for People Like Us

Say goodbye to:

❌ Being surrounded by people who love you and still feel like nobody get you.
❌ Put on a brave face when inside you’re struggling just to make it through the day.
❌ Endless scrolling through forums, wading through despair and snake oil just to feel more alone.

Instead, imagine this:

✅ Sharing a meme or meltdown and being met with “same”
✅ Being reminded you’re not going crazy... you’re just sick.
✅ Feeling safe... because no one’s judging or fixing you.

Most groups feel like a choice between despair, denial, or a $5K protocol.

Let’s be honest. Most support spaces suck.

They either drain you with trauma-dumping or drown you in glittery “good vibes only” nonsense.

This is the magic middle.
The corner of the internet where brilliant but exhausted people with ME/CFS or Long Covid come to:

  • vent

  • connect

  • and remember who they are

You’ve got questions.Here's the answers.

Who’s this actually for?

People living with ME/CFS, Long Covid, and other chronic illnesses where pacing, energy management, and nervous system support matter. You don’t need a diagnosis, but you do need to respect the limits of folks who live in “half-power mode.” If that’s you, you’ll fit right in.

What’s the time commitment?

None. This isn’t school, there are no gold stars, and you won’t get kicked out for disappearing. Show up when you can, read what you want, post if you feel like it. That said, checking in at least once a week will help you feel more connected.

How accessible is this for low-energy brains/bodies?

All calls are recorded with captions, and replays are posted so you can watch later (or never — no guilt). Written content is short, plain language, and fatigue-friendly. You can scroll, skim, or listen depending on your brainpower that day.

Is it private?

Yes. This is a closed group — no posts show up anywhere outside the space. We ask everyone to keep what’s shared here inside here. Think of it as Vegas rules for chronic illness: what happens in the Restie Society stays in the Restie Society.

How much does it cost and what if I need to leave?

Right now the cost is $27 per month. If you need to pause or cancel, you can do it anytime (just before your monthly payment it due). No awkward emails or guilt trips. Life (and health) happens, I get it.

What’s included when I join?

Access to all community rooms, weekly Q&As, pop-up events, and bonuses like the Recovery Personality Workshop.

What if I’ve tried support groups before and hated them?

Same. That’s why this one exists. No trauma dumps. No toxic positivity. No one trying to sell you snake oil. Just people who actually get it.

How does the membership work?

It’s a monthly membership—stay as long as it supports you. No contracts. No pressure. Just real connection, month by month.

Will I get recovery advice?

You’ll get support, insight, and real-life tools—but no miracle claims or sketchy protocols. This isn’t about fixing you. It’s about not doing it alone.

Can I get 1:1 support?

This is a group space, not private coaching. You can submit questions through the form, and I’ll answer them during the weekly Q&A so everyone benefits.

You’ll get ideas, encouragement, and shared resources from me and the community — but no personalized coaching plan.

If you want 1:1 level of support, I offer it separately.

What if I’m shy or not a “group person”?

That’s fine. You can lurk, read, and absorb without posting a single thing. Plenty of members hang out quietly and still find value in knowing they’re not alone.
